Announced in March of this year, Google Stadia is meant to act like the Hulu or Netflix of video game streaming. And now, Google’s newest video game streaming service is set to be released this November.

The news broke out this Thursday after a company livestream on YouTube.

14 countries will be graced with the Stadia’s presence later this year. This will include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, etc. Of course, it is set to spread in the coming year.

Unfortunately, only a limited version of the system is set to be released this November. The Google Stadia Founder’s Edition will cost around $129.99, including a Stadia controller, Chromecast dongle, and a 3-month Stadia streaming subscription for both the user and a friend.

But that’s not all. The company has hinted at several new features of the Stadia. Google has stated that Chromecast will soon allow people to play games directly over wifi through any TV. Computers with Chrome browsers and Google Pixel phones will follow suit. No downloads will be required as the games will be on Google cloud servers. In other words, the Stadia will be able to sync game progress across devices.

For now, however, Stadia only works with Chromecast-supported devices. Meaning, computers and mobile devices will have to wait for 2020 updates.

Stadia Pro, a regular streaming subscription service, will be released next year. It will run you around $9.99 a month but will include 31 great titles, from Destiny 2 to Assasin’s Creed Odyssey.

Google has also stated that more titles for the Stadia will be announced at E3.

The Founder’s edition is now available for pre-order in select countries.
