Fans of Five Nights at Freddy’s are eagerly anticipating the live-action adaptation of their beloved horror franchise. It has been in development in 2015 with Warner Bros. But in 2017, Blumhouse Productions announced they are producing the live adaptation of Five Nights at Freddy’s and Chris Columbus is directing. Scott Cawthon is set on writing the script for the film, but Scott has thrown that script away and is writing a new one. Scott is determined to tell the first three game’s story right.

It’s been announced that Scott Cawthon is working on a virtual reality version of Five Nights of Freddy’s. All the original games are getting an HD port to the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Android, iOS, and Xbox One. He does have a triple AAA game based on the franchise, but it is in very early development.

There still no release date for the movie or the new game. Fans are only left to speculate and periodically check for more updates.
