I know it’s April Fools, but this is no joke: Beat Saber has released a likely familiar song to its library for all their players. If you’re someone who is at the very least a bit in cahoots with meme culture, you’d likely know of “Crab Rave“. But, on the chance you have no idea what I’m talking about, let me explain.
Crab Rave was a song released by Noisestorm under the care of Monstercat last year on April Fools. The music video featured a lot of crabs on a beach. Soon after the music video begins, the crabs go into absolute rave mode. Naturally, the internet did what it does best: make memes.
The announcement was made through a tweet from Beat Saber‘s official Twitter. This announcement expressed that the song would be made free. All you have to do to get the song is update your game and jam along with the crabs.
THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS' JOKE!
